Refund policy

After receiving your order, it is possible that a product does not meet your expectations. In that case, you can return (part of) your order.

This is how it works:

  • Feel free to test your product at home, but please be careful. A condition for a full refund is that your product is undamaged.
  • You have 14 days to register your return. You have another 14 days to ensure that the return arrives at our premises using a carrier of your choice.
  • Print the return form and fill it in as completely as possible.
  • Place the return form in the box with your order.
  • We process all returns at least once a week. After receiving your return shipment, it may take up to 10 working days for the return shipment to be processed in our warehouse.
  • Summarized: you have a total of 28 days to return your order. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. It may take up to 10 working days for your return shipment to be processed in our warehouse.

Good to know:

  • Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are best sent via PostNL. You are responsible for the costs of the return. You can calculate how much this will cost here.
  • Order refused at the door? We charge €7 for return shipping (€10 outside NL & BE).
  • Don't want to bother with parcel points? Feel free to bring it to our return address yourself.
  • You are responsible for delivery to our return address. Are you having the package delivered to a parcel point? We will not pick it up there.
  • Certain products cannot be returned or cannot be returned after use. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service department.
  • If a product does not comply with our return policy, we may charge a depreciation fee. We will notify you of this.
  • Do you disagree with the reduction in value? For €7 (€10 outside NL & BE), we can resend the product to you.
  • Products purchased in the showroom are not covered by our return policy. The purchase of these products is final after payment.
